Business description: Professional automotive vinyl wrapping and architectural / commercial surface transformation.
Intended use: Indoor professional vinyl film installation on customer vehicles and, where applicable, architectural surfaces.

What the operation is: SpaceShip Wraps’ core automotive operation consists of receiving customer vehicles by appointment, preparing appropriate exterior surfaces, installing professional automotive vinyl film, performing finishing and quality control, and returning the vehicle to the customer.
What the operation is not: The operation does not include routine mechanical repair, oil changes, engine repair, transmission service, brake repair, tire service, fuel service, spray painting, body repair, welding, fabrication, or EV high-voltage or battery repair.
Operating model: Vehicles are received by scheduled appointment. The operation is not designed as an open-access, walk-in automotive service center, and SpaceShip does not intend to operate a routine outdoor customer-vehicle storage area or vehicle queue.
Customer access: Appointment only. No walk-ins and no unscheduled vehicle drop-offs.
Outdoor vehicle storage: The operating model is designed to avoid routine outdoor customer-vehicle storage. Vehicle arrivals, installation and pickup are scheduled.

Regulatory commitment: SpaceShip Wraps will comply with applicable property, safety, environmental, fire, waste-disposal and regulatory requirements for each location.
Material and waste handling: Film, backing paper, offcuts and preparation materials are handled as ordinary commercial waste in accordance with applicable requirements for the location.
To be confirmed per property: Zoning and permitted use, occupancy, parking, fire, signage, business licensing, environmental and lease requirements.
